Year-to-date figures run from 6 April and carry from one payslip to the next.
Scotland has its own income tax bands; the tax code decides which rates apply.
One per pay period, consecutive. The price per document drops at 3 and at 6.
Monthly periods are calendar months.
Weekend pay dates move to the Friday before.
