16Not a Tax or Payroll Services Provider
- SwiftPaystubs is a document generation tool, not a licensed payroll bureau or tax advisor.
- We do not remit payroll taxes, withholdings, or any other amounts on your behalf.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
- Consult a licensed CPA or payroll professional to confirm your payroll obligations.
17Document Authenticity
You agree not to use documents generated by SwiftPaystubs for fraudulent purposes including, but not limited to, misrepresenting income to financial institutions, government agencies, or any third party. Fraudulent use of generated documents may violate federal and state law.
